Solution Overview
We created an actionable, scaleable digital strategy and roadmap to evolve the Enterprise Rent-A-Car digital experience from laggard to industry leading.

My Role
I led a team of UX designers and business analysts in the creation of an experience design strategy as a part of a digital transformation project. I was responsible for the overall plan and execution of the work, including leading consumer research, client workshops and artifact production.

Process Overview
We started the project by investigating the spheres of influence that surround any digital experience - customer, business and industry landscape. Once we had distilled insights from all 3 spheres, we created a set of strategic guidelines for our solution, and mapped out the desired experience for both customers and the business.
