Solution Overview
We created an industry-leading hedge fund management application to serve both investment managers and investors. We focused on the visual presentation of data to provide clarity and reduce friction in decision making and task completion.
My Role
I led a team of UX designers through both the conceptual and detailed design processes. I was responsible for defining the conceptual architecture of the solution, and collaborated with business analysts and developers to provide accurate and actionable detailed designs and interaction models.
Process Overview
Based on the needs of both customers and the business, we defined a modular, scaleable conceptual architecture that provided access to data in both broad horizontal and deep vertical views. Based on our architecture we defined requirements and created detailed wireframes to guide the development of the application.
